Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide directly from Hong Kong. Estimated delivery times are around 7–20+ business days* depending on the destination:

United States:
Shipped via SF Express, with final last-mile delivery handled by UPS.

Rest of the World:
Shipped via Hongkong Post (e-Express), with final last-mile delivery handled by your country's national postal service (e.g., Australia Post, Royal Mail, Canada Post).

Important Note on Delivery Times:
Delivery times are estimates. Please note that international delivery may take up to a month or more if there are external logistics issues beyond our control, such as postal strikes, severe weather conditions, customs processing delays, network or IT disruptions, or peak season backlogs.

Shipped via SF Express. Supports address delivery, SF Lockers, and pickup points.
