Important Information
Product photos are taken using in-stock items or provided by the manufacturer.
Only the first image on the product page (thumbnail) shows the exact item(s) included in the sale. Additional images may include other products for styling or usage reference.
Please allow a 1–3 cm size variation due to manual measurement.
Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Each toy is handmade, so minor differences may occur. However, the overall style and design will be consistent with the product shown.
Ordering and Products
Are the plushies official and brand new?
Yes, all our plushies are official, original, and imported from Japan. They are brand new and come with original tags. We do not sell duplicates or unofficial products.
How do pre-orders work?
An estimated arrival time is stated on each pre-order product page. Your entire order will ship once all pre-order items have arrived. You may add more items while waiting—just reply to your order confirmation email to request changes.
How does an order work if I purchase both pre-order and in-stock items?
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together once all items are in stock. This helps customers save significantly on shipping costs.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We try to restock sold-out items whenever they become available, but restock times can vary.
How do I know when new items are added?
We send out a weekly newsletter announcing new arrivals. Subscribe at the bottom of our website. You can also FOLLOW US on social media for updates.
Can I add more items to my order after checkout?
Yes. Please reply to your Order Confirmation email or leave a message with your request. We’ll assist you in updating your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address and before the payment step.
What are your shipping details?
We aim to ship orders within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location and method. An email with a tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.
Where can I find my tracking number?
If you registered an account, log in and check your order history. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Do you charge customs fees?
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If your order is returned due to unpaid customs, shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional handling and re-shipping charges may apply. Please contact us immediately if your order is being returned so we can assist.
What does it mean when a pre-order item is marked as “Delayed”?
When a pre-order item is marked as “Delayed,” it means the manufacturer has postponed its release or shipment to us. Unfortunately, we do not have an updated arrival date at this time. We kindly ask for your patience — your order will be shipped as soon as the stock arrives.
Do you ship to the United States?
We offer shipping to the U.S. with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Shipping starts from 0.5kg, so it’s best to order a few items together. Duties are currently around 30–40%, including courier handling fees. We’ll keep an eye on any changes after August 29th and update if needed.

Store Information
Where are you located?
We are based in Hong Kong and ship Japan-imported plushies locally and worldwide.
Do you have a physical store?
We are an online-only store. We do not have a physical showroom, but we provide clear product descriptions and detailed images.
Returns
Are returns free?
Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for details. Return shipping fees are generally the responsibility of the customer.
