Recent changes to U.S. import enforcement relating to Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulations may affect the import of certain consumer products into the United States. If U.S. Customs determines that a product does not meet the applicable import requirements, the shipment may be delayed, returned to the sender, or seized.
Certain products may require compliance documentation before they can be imported into the United States. As an independent retailer, obtaining the required documentation for every individual SKU from large manufacturers and licensors (such as Bandai, Nintendo, San-X, and others) is often not practical. We therefore ask U.S. customers to exercise caution when placing orders for products that may be subject to CPSC requirements.
Because CPSC requirements depend on a product's design, specifications, materials, and intended use, it is not always possible to determine in advance whether a particular item falls within the scope of these regulations.
If we determine that an order cannot be shipped to the United States due to CPSC-related import requirements, we may place the order on hold or cancel it and issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
